피터:스파이웨어는 사용자가 컴퓨터에서 무슨 작업을 하고 어떤 사이트를 방문하는지 몰래 기록하는 프로그램을 일반적으로 부르는 말이야. 많은 기업들이 스파이웨어를 이용해서 고객들의 정보를 수집해.

피터:종종 말처럼 쉽게 되지 않아. 스파이웨어는 감지되지 않도록 고안이 됐고 감지가 되더라도 제거하기 힘들 수도 있어.
